A Housing Association based in London are expanding their team and seeking Contact Centre Advisor's to join ASAP.
They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a customer focused drive and attitude to join the team.
This role will involve:
- Working in the customer service team to provide effective and efficient first line contact and resolution services
- Ensuring customer insight, engagement and maximising digital services
- Carrying out a range of administrative duties including data entry, filing and scanning
- Working alongside the wider organisation to provide a customer focused service
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience of working in a busy and fast-paced customer service environment
- A passion for customer service delivery with a positive attitude
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Please note that previous experience within the Housing industry is not essential but is desirable. A proven love and passion for customer service is!
