Construction Project Manager (Luxury Residential)

Oyster Partnership are working with a Luxury Residential Investor, Developer and Operator based in London’s West End

You will be supporting the Project Director on a number of live projects in London and the South East with a total GDV of £700m.

You will be a critical part of the business and the role offers great progression to ultimately become a Project Director in your own right.

Your role will comprise of everything from post planning to completion, including consultant appointment and management, project programming, tendering contractors and stakeholder engagement.

This role would suit an ambitious Project Manager looking for a client-side move, keen to get stuck in on site and be very hands on. Large new build residential scheme experience is desirable, but they are open to experience if you have the desire to learn

In return you will receive a salary up to £80 ,000 + annual bonus.
