Fancy working from home 3 days a week?

I am working with a Housing Association based in West London on a temporary Complaints Administrator position. You would work on an initial 4-month contract (with potential to be extended) on a 37.5hrpw contract. After your 2-week induction, you will be allowed to work 3 days from home and 2 days in office!

As a Customer Experience Officer you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for housing customers who contact us by email or through our websites.
  • To provide an excellent service to customers through maximising early resolution of their requests and issues.
  • To proactively help customers who have escalated enquiries.
  • To assist with complaints investigations, compensation claims, and administrative tasks to support the Customer Resolution Team

As this is to assist the current Customer Resolution Officer's that are in post, this is not a Complaint's Handler position. This is more focus on more complex enquiries, emails, and complaint. And so, we need good written skills and experience of resolving issues.
