Client-side Senior Property Asset Manager

My client is a boutique Property Investment company based in North London. Due to the current market, they have pounced on the opportunity to acquire assets they see huge potential in redeveloping.

The portfolio has quickly grown to just over 250 units and due to this growth, they are seeking an experienced Property & Asset Manager to take charge of their growing portfolio.

The portfolio is a mix of commercial including office space, retail, industrial and leisure alongside some residential. Due to the nature of the portfolio this provides opportunity to focus heavily on value-add initiatives and acquisitions & disposals.

In recent times they have invested heavily in software to support the in-house finance team and now are looking to switch their focus onto the in-house Property & Asset management function. In turn this provides the opportunity to join an in-house team in its infancy and lead on this exciting growth spell.

This is the perfect role for an entrepreneurial individual who’s keen to be heavily involved in the decision making and active growth of the company.

The salary guidelines for this role is up to £60,000 plus package but if your expectations are higher lets have a chat, being such a pivotal higher my client is keen on finding the right person for the role.
