This growth has created a rare opportunity for a residential Property Manger to play a pivotal role in leading on Residential Property & Asset Management.

This will be the first appointment for the in-house residential team and with this presents the chance to build a team around you in the future.

The portfolio is nationwide and includes above retail units and large residential blocks. Within 10 years the portfolio has reached an impressive £300million in assets, which continues to grow.
