Working with a CEO with extensive experience across all levels of education. They are looking looking for a Deputy to oversee the financial and strategic aspects of the Trust. With several schools spread across multiple locations in Dorset and Hampshire, each offering tailored support and educational pathways, the Trust aims to create welcoming and stimulating environments that foster a renewed enthusiasm for learning. .

In line with the CEO’s vision, you will cultivate collaborative relationships with headteachers, educators, and support staff to ensure the needs of the students are fully met.

You will play a crucial role in developing a new management structure, establishing a Trust headquarters that supports all sites. The Trustees and CEO are eager to expand and develop the Trust . Joining now gives you the opportunity to contribute to that growth by applying your strategic and business acumen.

You’ll be far more than just part of the administrative team. . From eating meals with the children to assisting with operations when needed, there won’t be usual days but extraordinary moments. During term time, your presence will be required across the sites in Dorset and Hampshire but you’ll have the flexibility to work from home during school holidays. The role offers participation in the Local Government Pension Scheme, complimentary meals at all sites, and generous annual leave.
