A Local Authority based in the South East are on the search for an interim Business Rates Officer. The contract will be for an initial 3-month period with the likelihood of an extension.
You will work alongside a friendly and supportive team and will have everything you need to complete this role from the comfort of your own home.
No need to purchase a new Laptop or work phone, all the necessary equipment will be supplied for you by the Council.
Your workload will vary weekly, meaning this assignment requires someone who can cope with busy periods of time at work. Alongside that, you will need to be able to utilise the quiet periods of time to the fullest.
With this role, you will complete various tasks to assist the department in the collection of business rates. In-depth knowledge of Non-Domestics Rates is essential to thrive for this Business Rates position. Experience using Academy will put you ahead of the crowd.
