Are you a Business Rate fanatic eager to secure a new role?
A Local Authority based in the East of England are currently looking for an interim Business Rates Officer. The contract will be for an initial 6-month period with the likelihood of an extension.
You will work alongside a friendly and supportive team who thrive together. You will have you everything you need to complete this role from the comfort of your own home. You will work alongside 3 other officers and report to the Business Rates Manager on a weekly basis.
There is no need to commute in the office or buy any IT equipment needed for the job as all the necessary equipment will be supplied for you by the Council.
Because your workload will change every week, you need to be able to handle busy work periods for this project. Additionally, you must be able to make the most of the times when the workload is reduced as well.The position requires you to handle a variety of administrative duties in addition to regularly communicating with clients, so previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
