Requirements:

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI

- Familiarity with property management software systems (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization

- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
