Building Surveyor (Client-side)

This Investor is looking for an aspiring Building Surveyor to join their London team, based in Victoria. You’ll get the chance to visit the Head office up north too, where you could take advantage of the private chef and their fully equipped gym.

They invest in predominantly retail assets however you’ll get the opportunity to learn across multiple asset classes including Commercial and Industrial. This investor maintains most of their assets for growth and rental income, leasing to some of the country’s most renowned retailers.

The majority of the work is project focussed with an 80/20 split from project to professional work. You will have the opportunity to travel across the county and observe the beautiful scenery the UK has to offer. All you need to do is watch David Attenbourough’s recent Wild Isles on the BBC to know what I mean….

Although this is a client side position, they are able to offer you great APC support to gain your MRICS. Don’t worry if you chose to go the CIOB route though, they are open to anyone with this experience too. And for the right candidate, they will consider those already chartered looking to develop further.
