Building Surveyor

If you're looking to work on some interesting commercial sites such as production studios, golf courses, retail space and garages - this is definitely for you.

You'll be working with a Council in Hertfordshire conducting stock condition surveys on a commercial portfolio with the portfolio listed above. You will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying any condition issues, and providing reports and recommendations for repairs or refurbishment.

What's in it for you?:

• £40+ per hour for 6 months (with an option to extend if everyone's happy)
• 2 days from home, 3 days on-site/in the office
• Working with a diverse and interesting range of properties and sites

What's required?:

• A minimum of an HND

• Inspecting properties and identifying any defects or issues
• Providing recommendations for repairs or maintenance
• Preparing reports on the condition of the properties
• Liaising with contractors
