You'll be working with a London-based Housing Association who are looking for a Surveyor to act as a lead on land/property related matters, such as:
- Leaseholder/Tenant Alterations
- Boundary disputes
- Planning breaches
- Party Wall
- Negotiations for lease renewals
You'll be on an hourly rate of £40 - £42 per hour and you'll be allowed a 50/50 split of homeworking when you need to do any report writing.
