Home based Building Services Manager – yes you read that right.
Do you enjoy managing a team but not commuting?
I’m looking for an Interim Building Services Manager to manage a team of 4 and help improve the service of the department.
If you are someone who is an accomplished manager with property services, you could be the missing piece of the puzzle.
You will manage a small time whilst also ensuring planned preventative maintenance is in place and also advise on works from condition survey reports. The property portfolio includes; offices, industrial properties and even beach huts.
A relevant qualification would be great, but the organisation values experience over qualifications.
The Council only need you in the office a few times a month, so don't worry if you live far away. If you're willing to commute on the odd occasion it'll be worth it.
