BUILDING SAFETY MANAGER

This project will run for an initial 6 months but will be extended (if everyone's happy) to 12 months as the project will be extended to their mid-rise buildings as well.

You will be on a rate of £425 - £475 per day, depending on your level of experience and knowledge.

They also need someone to implement internal systems for the Building Safety information to be stored and conveniently accessible.

You'll be the only specialist on the team, so you need to have confidence in leading these types of high-profile projects.

BUILDING SAFETY MANAGER ROLE:

• You'll be working with a Housing Council in London, leading on Building Safety projects.
• You'll be procuring a consultancy to work with to work alongside safety cases and also form a strategy plan for their HRBs to comply with the new Building Safety legislation.

BUILDING SAFETY MANAGER ESSENTIALS:

• Preferably a Level 6 CIOB in Fire or Building Safety
• Practical Experience in Fire and Building Safety including knowledge of passive and active fire, M&E and specialist safety installations and systems.
