Benefits Assessment Officer role that's worth a look!
An exciting opportunity for a Benefits Officer has arisen. If you are looking to work remotely for a Local Authority, this may be the role for you.
What it entails:
As a Benefits Officer, you'll be working as part of a team who are responsible for helping individuals maximise their benefits and manage their money. You will be processing claims, assessing eligibility for entitlement to free school meals and clothing allowance grants in line with local policy.
You will working entirely remote, and the equipment is provided. The Local Authority cover mileage for the travel to collect any necessary equipment.
This role is initially a 3-month contract however it is open to extension depending on your performance.
To thrive in this position experience within Benefits using the Academy system is essential.
