Associate Surveyor - Property Management

With offices based up and down the UK their Manchester property management team are looking for an experienced and capable Associate level hire to hit the ground running and join them.

You will be instructed mainly on a retail portfolio with a sprinkling of office assets spread across the north west, you’ll never be too far from home. With Some fantastic Manchester managed assets: Great Northern Warehouse, Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre, Houndshill Shopping Centre, Manchester Fort Shopping Park, and many more, each day will have fantastic variety.

What’s needed from you? Previous commercial experience is key and past management retail assets would also be fantastic.
