Associate Surveyor

Martin Ward, one of the Directors within the RISE team is looking for a Surveyor/Associate who is looking to make the next step in there career and be part of the leading Trophy asset team in London, with the opportunity to manage some of the most iconic buildings in London.

This position is for one of the most renowned teams in one of the world’s biggest property giants. You will be working on behalf of wealthy overseas investors, managing their prestigious super prime office portfolio all situated within Central London.

This portfolio will contain the likes of The Post Building, The Adelphi, and many more which decorate the London skyline. With assets predominately situated in the west end and as large as a quarter a million square foot, managing a portfolio of this calibre is something only a handful of people can put their name to.

The role will also focus on improving building performance, concentrating on occupier engagement, wellness and sustainability, prop-tech and other ESG initiatives. For a Property Manager keen for the chance to gain exposure outside of your core day to day, this position is as good as it gets.
