You would be seen as a key figure within one of the most established teams in the business.

They are looking to stay consistent in their growth, looking for you to support with line management and key client management.

They have a strong client base and don’t necessarily need you to go out and win work but certainly build on some of the key relationships that they have.

You would be given a mix of different clients to build on, they typically work with well-established developers, but they also do some good work with smaller up and coming London players.

As a business they have built an integral and moral reputation, they have a strong graduate program and a very good track record when it comes to getting people chartered.

They invest a lot into their staff, and in turn have an impressive retention record – they recently changed from an LLP to a trust, meaning profits get shared amongst employees which includes a yearly tax-free bonus on top of your performance related discretionary bonus.

They love a social throughout the year, race days, group related activities etc, and yearly trips abroad.

Flexible working arrangements (typically 3 days in, 2 days at home, but exceptions for family situations)

Salary for this role: £80k - £90k depending on experience.
