Associate Director - Property Management

I have partnered with a London based medium sized Real Estate consultancy. They are looking to make an Associate Director level hire in their Commercial Property Management team.

They are a growing, dynamic business coming off the back of a beneficial period of change. This change has resulted in the winning of two high profile London instructions with a mix of office, retail & industrial.

My client has specialised in Real Estate consultancy for over 8 decades. The Commercial Property Management team has circa £2billion of assets under management nationwide.

You will join leading a teams of Surveyors & acting as the client lead on a London mixed asset class portfolio predominantly being office based.

They are renowned for offering a collaborative working environment, keen to welcome in individuals with a desire to make change & become a future Director within the business.

This is an appropriate position for a Senior Surveyor looking for a more senior position or an Associate director looking for a more inclusive, flexible working environment.

They operate a flexible working policy, 3 days in the office 2 days at home.

My client is looking to pay up to £66,000 inclusive of car allowance & generous benefits package.

We have recently placed two Associate directors with this client, both of which are now at Director level reflecting the great progression opportunities they offer.
