The Role:

• Analyse property data from diverse sources, uncovering trends to elevate performance.
• Collaborate on predictive models, statistical methods, and property assessments.
• Empower underperforming assets, driving strategic enhancements.
• Embark on market research journeys, decoding real estate trends and revealing investment prospects.
• Maintain data accuracy, crafting impactful presentations and dashboards.

Skills Needed:

• Strong problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Eager to explore a career in Asset Management, diving into performance metrics and financial analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration and compelling presentations.
• Excel proficiency essential; familiarity with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.
• Masterful task management.
