ASSET ADMINISTRATOR
3 MONTH INITIAL FULL TIME CONTRACT
FROM £17.00PHR LTD, OFFICE BASED IN HARROW
HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE, IMMEDIATE START
- Administration of the Approved Panel of Contractors including keeping accurate and up to date records including insurance, health & safety documents.
- Administration and updating of the stock condition survey information database.
- Organise and arrange – both in-person and by Teams - meetings and take / file accurate notes.
- Carrying out customer (tenant) satisfaction calls to help measure responsive repairs performance.
- Keeping gas safety data up-to-date and liaising with contractors to ensure that gas servicing is being completed. Maintaining a central Excel spreadsheet and using the data to inform future testing programmes.
- Reviewing and up-dating the Excel spreadsheet created to manage electrical testing and using the data to inform future testing programmes.
- Assisting with raising works orders tickets for all maintenance suppliers and in-house maintenance team.
- Checking with the Maintenance Supervisor that all works orders have been raised for all works, including ensuring that none are raised retrospectively.
- Following-up with contractors for up-dates on works orders and invoices.
- Administering the fleet of vans in terms of servicing, MoTs, mileage, insurance etc.
