Will you be the person to help someone call a place their home?

I am currently working with a Local Authority that is looking for an Allocation Officer who can help clients find somewhere they call home. This is an initial 3 months hybrid contract in the West Midlands.

There are only so many homes available and with the current day-to-day struggle, more people than ever need a secure and stable home.

You would need to:

  • Conduct assessments of housing, welfare and medical need
  • Be familiar with priority needs, bandings and Allocation Scheme
  • Have Choice Based Letting and Homechoice experience
  • Management of the Housing Register
