Jamie Vear-Altoğ has been commissioned by one of the world’s largest multi-disciplinary firms to source an ordinary talent with an extraordinary hunger to grow and deliver. Whether you are a national or international applicant, you will be given a platform to exemplify both your technical and commercial acumen.
Let’s talk technical…
No two days will be the same with you and your team, working across the complete project life cycle on, predominantly, design and build multi-disciplinary rail and energy projects – from providing input at strategic and planning stages, and conducting bespoke risk assessments to support peer reviews and technical due diligence studies.
If HAZID, HAZOP, FMECA, FTA, ROGS, CSMs and EN 50126/8/9 are all familiar acronyms to you, it’d be worth us speaking.
By the nature of the projects, you and your team will be working in tandem with engineers, architects, engineers, specialists, cost consultants and project managers to ensure the sound integration of risk, reliability and maintainability management into resilience design(s).
Kudos to you if you have any ability in Visual Basic, C++, Python or other scripting languages. It won’t go unnoticed.
Onto the commercial…
Picture this. You hold direct line responsibility for a couple of talented engineers. You have nurtured their technical excellence and with plans to grow the team >50% by the end of December 2021, they are now your support vehicle in nurturing new hires. Allowing you to pay greater emphasis on your supporting role of business development. Ambition. Is. Welcomed.
Whilst the potential of adapting into new industries excites you, you mustn’t forget your shoes and hammer. You’ll be hitting the ground running on new and existing rail and energy asset and infrastructure projects and with [potentially] immature clients – i.e. government entities and manufacturing companies.
If both Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement are included in your repertoire of daily activities, it’d be worth us speaking.
The exciting part…
Sadly the advert has come to its close. Unlike, however, the door of opportunity it provides.
If any of the above fits your experience and/or your ambitions, let’s chat, connect, Teams, Zoom, What’sApp. My client and I would love to hear from you!
