A Government Organisation in Yorkshire is looking to bolster their IT team with two service desk analysts.
In this role you will be working on day-to-day incidents and requests logged by users. You will need to ensure that all tickets are dealt with swiftly and efficiently, all whilst keeping the end user informed as to the progress of each ticket.
During your time in this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that IT maintains an excellent relationship with the rest of the staff. This comes by delivering great customer service and quick responses to users.
This organisation is looking for someone with strong experience in the public sector. Additionally, they’re looking for someone with a passion for problem solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
As this is an IT role, having a technical background is essential. So having a few years of experience working in an IT Service Desk position is required for this position.
The role itself is shift based, so your standard working hours could be anywhere between 8am and 8pm – exact times will be confirmed at interview stage.
