Senior HR Advisor (Employee Relations) – Housing- West London

A Housing Association in West London is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract.

With a particular focus on Employee Relations, this role will involve:

  • Providing HR advice and guidance
  • Responsibility for Employee Relations cases
  • Providing reports on ER cases
  • Line management of HR staff
  • Looking after pay related systems and budgets
  • Reviewing and implementing new HR policies and procedures
  • Lead on change management including TUPE
  • Working on various HR projects
  • Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

  • In-depth ER experience
  • Experience in change management and TUPE
  • Able to manage members of staff
  • Up to date on HR policies and procedures
  • Lead from the front
  • CIPD qualification preferable
  • Able to start ASAP
