Roles to work and lead a team in one of the leading RSI Programmes in the country don’t come up that often.
This is not your average your average role, in this role you will not only be in charge of the day to day running of the team. Whilst running the team you will have the opportunity to learn more about the Rough Sleeper Initiative under on of the UKs leading Rough Sleeper Programme.
You will be managing a team of 12 staff broken up into 3 main role: Rough Sleeper Caseworkers, Outreach workers and a Reviews team. Having previous experience with in the RSI program is not essential.
The council prides it self on the quality of their work and the unity of their team so being able to fit that culture is key. They are looking for someone who will put in the extra effort to help out a colleague.
Suitable candidate for this role should have a good understanding and working knowledge of the HRA legislation and experience managing a Housing Options team.
