Repairs Planner/Admin – Hertfordshire – Housing

A Housing Association in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Repairs Planner/Administrator who has used DRS/Opti Time.

With the contract being an initial 3 months and the possibility of an extension, this role will involve:

  • Dealing with all levels of Housing queries
  • Dealing with repairs
  • Scheduling in repairs
  • Working in a Housing Call Centre environment
  • Being a team player
  • Having a good knowledge of Housing and Repairs and Maintenance
  • General admin support
  • Being able to take on any additional tasks as needed

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Used DRS/Opti Time repairs scheduling system
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Housing and Repairs and Maintenance
  • Customer Service experience
  • Able to work in a call centre environment
  • Able to start ASAP
  • Fast, accurate typing skills
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
