A small Housing Association in South East London is looking to appoint a Maintenance and Team administrator to support their repairs team on a permanent basis. 

The role itself:

  • Raise repairs orders according to tenants requests
  • Record completion dates and action follow-on orders
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Monitor post inspection surveys
  • Prepare mail merges
  • Support the operations manager with any project related administrative tasks
  • Other adhoc duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning

The ideal candidate:

  • Ideally have previous housing experience
  • An excellent knowledge and understanding of repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to produce mail merges
  • Excellent customer service and communicating skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Excellent time management skills
