The Salvation Army

Is I.T your ‘bread and butter’?

Cliché opening to an advert I know, but it may just grab your attention.

& Why do I want your attention?

Well, I need you…

Or more accurately, The Salvation Army needs you.

They are looking for a Property Systems Analyst to sit within their Property Team.

As one of the UK’s most well-known and inspiring Charities, their ethos and values are expressed through charitable actions of giving back to the most vulnerable in our communities. They have a portfolio of over 3,000 properties UK wide & boasts of a large Estates, Projects & Real Estate Team.

You will be joining their new Head of PMO to work on new and existing systems within their property department.

You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of both new and existing Property IT solutions.  You will also investigate appropriate software & systems and also to develop plans and training to ensure an easy user experience.

This will be instrumental in providing more efficient and effective solutions throughout the property department (primarily estates, projects and corporate real estate).

As you will be sitting within the Property Team, some previous experience working with property systems will be a huge benefit.  Also, any knowledge of Planon & Kykloud is useful.

This is a hybrid role working out of their Head Office in Elephant & Catsle (The exciting news is that it will soon a brand-new Head Office to work from – literally being built as we speak!) Benefits also include a 35-hour working week, generous pension and more.
