Private Sector Housing Officer

The client that I am working with is looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to work in a busy council in the Norfolk area, mainly assisting with HMO inspections. The local authority is very flexible with working arrangements and most of the role can be done remotely.

About You

The authority is looking for someone who is experienced with HMO inspections and has worked in Private Sector Housing for a minimum of two years. Experience with enforcement is also required.

The contract length will be for 12 months minimum and rates are expected to be around £23-£25. Being a fully quote EHO is desirable but not essential.
