Planning Officer

I am working with an authority in the West Midlands who are looking for a Planning Officer to join them on a 6 month contract.

This role will be predominately remote based, with site visits required every 1-2 weeks.

For your services, you’ll be looking at £35-40 per hour over the course of a 6 month contract. Note that they expect that this contract will be extended beyond the initial period.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out Site Visits
• Working on Householder and Minor applications.

Candidate’s Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within local authority planning
• RTPI membership would beneficial
• Previous working on Major planning applications

Working Arrangements:

• £35-40 per hour
• Inside IR35
• Remote working available
