Since 2004 our Office Support team have worked closely with Housing Providers, Local Authorities, and other Property organisations in providing temporary and permanent staff for Customer Service/Contact Centre teams nationally. Working with providers including Local Authorities, Housing Associations, ALMOS, and Charities we are always looking to speak to Customer Service Professionals who are looking for a new role.
What will your day look like…
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first port of contact and provide the initial impression that customers get regarding an organisation. You will ensure that all KPIs are met and that you liaise with other departments to ensure the service you are providing is in line with each organisations vision and values. You will hope to provide service with a smile and to resolve all customer queries on the first call ideally.
Our clients are usually interested in candidates with experience within a similar role, so, if you have done the following we would be keen to speak to you –
- Repairs Customer Service
- Housing Benefits Customer Service
- Customer Service Team Leader
- Customer Service Manager/Head of Customer Service
- Resource Scheduling/Quality Assurance/Contact Centre Projections or Forecasting
Our clients will usually be looking for candidates with experience on CRM, Northgate, Orchard, Civica or DRS etc. But systems may range depending on the organisation. You must have good typing skills and a natural passion for helping people.
Particularly at the moment, our clients are being extremely flexible when it comes to interviews and working arrangements, and should you need to go out on an interview, these will be socially-distanced and completely safe. Many of our clients are still offering full-time home working.
