M&E Expert? Who has the foresight to make changes for the better?

This is a chance to work with the Salvation Army who is a renowned charity, that we have all heard of and know the good work they do. What we might not know is that they have over 3000 varied properties in their portfolio, from large commercial buildings to homeless shelters, to churches, to farmyards and everything in between.
With such an array of properties, comes many M&E, HVAC and building services assets that need to be managed.
What we need is someone who has foresight to identify risk and advice on future initiatives and best practise, someone who is used to service maintenance management, life cycle replacement and everything else that comes with the technical aspect of the buildings.
This is a brand new position that has been created as the Salvation Army are really growing their property team. This is a position where you can make your mark, someone who is good at taking in all the information and working with it and seeing where efficiencies can be made and what improvements can be made.
You won’t have any direct reports to manage. You will need to work closely with the Health and Safety Manager and Sustainability Manager all who are new to the team, all working together to work on the strategy for maintaining and progressing the M+E assets.
Along with being an exciting position, which has potential to give great job satisfaction, you will also get a great work life balance, getting to work from the comfort of your own home. A car is provided along with travel expenses for whenever you need to be anywhere, which generous annul leave allowance of 27 days.
