The Salvation Army is currently going through a lot of positive change, creating many brand new positions in their property team, to help drive forward movement.

This is an opportunity to make your mark and make take control, while working with a great team behind you.

We all know the Salvation Army, but what we don’t know, is that they have over 3000 properties to its eclectic and diverse portfolio, with so many different properties comes many M&E, HVAC and building service assets that all need the foresight to be managed.

You will be in in charge of maintenance standards, management regimes, ensuring compliance with current related legislation.

Not only will you be working on improvements to the M&E structure asset for a company, the work that you do will be helping the welfare of others, helping a homeless person have a warm bed for the night, or an elderly relative a home that they need.

Not only is this a varied and fulfilling post.. You also get the benefit to work from home when required, but also get to travel the UK, seeing all the varied and fantastic properties. A car and travel is provided, which with the cost of fuel is an all important benefit.
