How’s your work-life balance?
Has it really taken a global pandemic to makes us think wants important in life…
Maybe it’s just the extra time on our hands, or the realisation that everything you work for can just disappear…
Are you tired of the commercial sector and know the moment some form of normality returns you’ll be back chained to your desk with a lengthy commute. Maybe you’re currently a prisoner in your own home, working more hours than ever, cooped up in that spare bedroom you never got around to decorating.
How about working for a charity?
35 hours a week, flexible working, giving something back.
Not to mention you’ll be working in an environment where everyone is on the same page, working to help the local community and vulnerable, not just eyes on the bottom line.
Sounds refreshing, doesn’t it.
Working within a dedicated in house property team your role will be to help deliver a deliver a seamless repairs and maintenance service.
Based from home, with no day the same, you will be working with a property portfolio which any of the top landowners in the country would be envious of.
Your patch will be covering the north east of the UK, from Leeds up to Northumberland and along the coast and back along the M62. You will be working with Charity shops, community centres, sheltered accommodation and much more- imagine the impact your work will have.
The charity likes to have the best property and facilities knowledge they can get, so if you care about such things, you will be surrounded by other property experts, all who love to make a difference – so you won’t be on your own. With this in mind, they are looking for an MRICS or MICOB membership to help compliment the team.
