6 Month Contract
A local authority in the South West of England is looking for someone experienced in Technical Officer to join their growing IT team.
You will be working on the Liquid Logic helpdesk team to resolve incidents, manage requests and assist staff with technical queries.
Being a Liquid Logic oriented role, having a couple of years under your belt administering and troubleshooting the platform is essential. This also includes having experience in LAS, LCS, EHM, EYES and ContrOCC.
The tickets that come into the helpdesk will be related to Adults and Children’s Social Care, Social Care Finance and Education. So experience in these sectors is desired.
You will be responsible for all facets of their Liquid Logic System. Including the security, support, maintenance and deployment and upgrades.
Training will also be part of your responsibilities – this will involve training with end users so they know how to correctly and effectively use the system.
The role itself is fully remote over the course of the 6 month contract.
