Interim Estates Surveyor

An easily accessible local authority based in the South East are looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join their Commercial Property team as soon as possible.

The Role:

• Your role will be to maximise the portfolio by undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals, asset management and acquisitions and disposals. There is a caseload of work for you to get stuck into amongst a varied portfolio to manage.

• This role offers flexibility and working partly from home. It is also likely to be extended after the initial first 6 months.

About You:

• Ideally you will be MRICS and have 10 years+ PQE experience.
• It is preferred if you have worked in the public sector before in a similar role.
