Oyster Partnership are working with a Housing Association in London in recruiting an HR Officer to join their team for a 3 month contract. They are going through a period of growth so are in need of someone with a strong background in recruitment.
A bit about the role:
- To support the HR team with all HR admin and answer first line enquires
- Lead on recruitment process from initial job brief to onboarding
- Assist with on boarding including writing and amending contracts
- Support all managers in job writing and interviewing
As the HR Officer you will report into the HR Manager and work closely with the rest of the team. You will have worked in HR previously and have strong knowledge of the recruitment process. Experience in recruitment is essential for this role.
This role is available to start immediately for a minimum of 3 months but it is likely to be extended.
