Oyster Partnership are working with a brand new client in recruiting an HR Manager for a stand-alone role in London. This is a newly created post to be based on site at one of their largest contracts
A bit about the role:
- To be the main contact for all employees to handle all employee relations cases including grievances, absences, disciplinaries and more
- Develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance
- Support and develop manager to work through case management
- Provide advice on employment legislation to ensure compliance
As the HR Manager you will report into the HR Director and also the heads of site. You will be responsible for up to 300 employees and work closely with the HR Project Manager to update policies and procedures. Experience in negotiating with unions on complex case work is essential for this role.
