Oyster Partnership are working with a returning client based in North London who are looking for an immediate HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 5 months.
- Support the team with complex ER case including sickness and misconduct
- Support the team with the delivery of ongoing projects
- Support and guide Managers and provide advice on HR matters
- Review and update HR policies
As the HR Business Partner you will report into the Head of HR. You will have experience in employee relations and change management. A background in the public sector would be an advantage but is not essential
