Oyster Partnership are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join a Housing Association based in West London. This is a 12 months + FTC to cover a maternity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge across the HR function
  • Lead on complex employee relation cases including, absences, grievances, performance and disciplinaries
  • Help streamline HR processes and support more junior HR members
  • Contribute to the progression of the talent management team
  • Reviewing and amending new policies that fit in line with Covid guidelines
  • Advise managers on employee engagement strategies

Background:

  • Good understanding of complex ER cases
  • Knowledge across ER, recruitment, workforce planning, cultural development and policy reviews
  • Experience assisting HR officers and advisors
  • Ideally previous experience working within a housing association
