A Local Authority based near Maidstone is seeking a strong Administrator to provide support to the Housing Options team.
With a backlog to be reduced the main duties will include:
- Ensuring all applications have documents attached
- Requesting documents where required
- Updating the database once processed
- Provide efficient support to the Housing Options Coordinator and Senior Coordinator
- Assist with managing emails when needed
The ideal candidate:
- Must have an understanding of Housing
- Previous Local Authority experience
- Experience using Locata and/or Northgate would be highly beneficial
- Highly organised
- Good attention to detail
