Housing Advisor

Looking to point people in the right direction?

I am currently looking for a Housing Advisor who is ready to hit the ground running.

The role entails:

• Being the first point of contact on phones, conducting triage
• Have HRA knowledge
• Ability to assess cases and respond accordingly
• Administering and monitoring inboxes
• Facilitating placements in temporary accommodation and being point of contact for providers
• Must have experience with Locata

The role:

• Remote
• £21-23 ph, umbrella
• 3 months rolling contract
