A council in the Southeast of England is looking for a Highway Design Engineer to join the Highways Team. You will be responsible for supporting the Area Highways Manager in the delivery of Local Road Schemes from £10,000 (Pedestrian walkway) to £250,000 (active travel). Looking over design feasibility.

The council is also seeking an engineering who is an expert in CAD and has the ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors.

Job Details:

• 6 month + contract.
• Pay range: £40 – £45 per hour (Inside IR 35).
• Hybrid working: Client is flexible.
