About the role:

Working across a varied property portfolio, you will join a team of 2 in order to assist colleagues in health, safety, wellbeing and environmental matters. Providing consultancy services, supporting decision making through expert advice and practicable solutions, the key aspects of the role are to conduct site surveys, ensuring all compliance practice is being adhered too, alongside assisting all colleagues in health & safety and compliance matters across the board. You will manage near miss investigations accident and incident reports, including investigation into root cause, in order to maintain consistent improvement and keep up to date with all legislation changes. Paying circa £50,000, with great benefits and a fantastic working culture (with the ability to influence this further), this is a role that is not to be missed.

About you:

We are looking for someone who is either fully or part-qualified in Occupational Health & Safety, has ambition and wants to progress their career towards a senior leadership position in the medium term. It is essential that you either have or are working towards the National Diploma in Health and Safety. You will be working very closely alongside the current Health & Safety Manager, so a forward-thinking, progressive team player is key. The client is very much an innovator and want this to be represented within the working environment, with a feature on wellbeing being something they want to bring to the forefront within their workforce, again – an enthusiastic team-player will fit the role well.

This role is based in North Watford on a large estate with a multitude of different projects live across it consistently.
