About the role
You will be responsible for managing the legal requirements and regulations of the housing association in reference to Asbestos reports & Fire Risk reports. You will be ensuring statutory compliance in accordance with the requirements of Health & Safety legislation. You will be identifying any gaps in compliance, and developing Health &Safety policies and procedures
You will need to have understanding of Health & Safety compliance within Local Authority, including experience in managing Health & Safety contracts. You will have experience in delivering reports and knowledge of statutory regulations, guidelines and standards. If you have a relevant qualification you are particularly encouraged to apply
