You will be responsible for the health and safety on a unique and diverse property portfolio of approximately 3,000 sites including residential, farms, Churches, shops, Homelessness accommodation,  care homes and offices, covering all of the UK. Not one day will be the same!

You will also get the comfort to work from your home most the time, but also be required to visit sites and attend meetings at times, in your company car provided and all expenses covered.

As the strategic lead for H&S you will design and implement the H&S strategy for all areas of property activity and promote a positive health and safety culture with the company.

You will need to have had experience in project management as the company has a lot of exciting projects in the near future, that you will need to help with showcasing your understanding of CDM regulation  and property legislation.
