Are you an experienced Estates Compliance Manager with a strong background in Health & Safety?
A leading academic & research institute are seeking a forward thinking & solution orientated individual.
About the role
You will be responsible for carrying out audits and inspections across the estate, conducting training and inductions for health and safety to take place for employees and ensuring compliance across the site. The role will require to ensure compliance across certified management systems (ISO 9001/ 45001/ 18001/ 14001). Ultimately the post holder will ensure health & safety policies & procedures adhere to legislation and are followed on site.
About the organisation
You’ll be working for a leading education & research organisation that provides advisory, research and training services internationally for all areas within the built environment. Their sites include testing laboratories for M&E services, restaurants & education facilities.
You will need to have experience in the following:
- Critical/complex estates – can include previous laboratory experience, University, healthcare, etc.
- Contracts Management
- Quality Management Systems
- Stake holder management – Need to take ownership of Health & Safety & educate employees on polices
