Fire Risk Assessor

The Oyster Partnership are crrently looking for an interim Fire Risk Assessor for a local authority in SE London. The role will focus on residential property including street level, medium and high-rise tower blocks.

The Role

You will be tasked with carrying out type 1-4 fire risk assessments on residential properties including high-rise and complex tower blocks. This will reire you to travel across the borough, enter residents flats, take photographic evidence where required, write detailed reports with remdial works recommendations. You will also be asked to help improve the organisatiosn approach to fire safety including improving FRA templates.

The Candidate

Any successful candidate will need to be a qualified fire risk assessor, have experience working with tenented social housing tower blocks, be able to make improvmeents on the organisations exisiting FRA templates/processes and be a member of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE).
