You will work in the West Kent area, for an International charity your whole family will know.

Managing a team of specialist contractors across both hard and soft services, you will take overall responsibility for statutory compliance,  helping to provide a seamless service. This echoes the charities message of caring for the community and vulnerable around us.

You will work with a team of 5, with no day the same as you will be working with a property portfolio which any of the top landowners in the country would be envious of.  In your selected patch you will be working with Charity shops, community centres, sheltered accommodation and much more- imagine the impact your work will have!

The charity likes to have the best property and facilities knowledge they can get, so if you care about such things, you will be surrounded by other property experts, all who love to make a difference – so you won’t be on your own.

Did I forget to say there is flexible and remote working on offer?

By the way, if you’re wondering if you need qualifications, don’t worry. Your working knowledge is more important than your exam results, you just need to be able to show this experience and be a nice person.
