About the role
You will act as a contract monitoring officer for estates, cleaning and grounds maintenance across PFI housing contracts. The post holder will need to undertake inspections to provide reporting data and monitor performance. This will include working with area managers to ensure performance is improved. The role will involve working with FM services and other contractors to enforce standards and rectify where necessary.
You will need to have experience in the following:
- Facilities Management experience
- Understanding of cleaning & grounds maintenance standards
- Leadership skills
- PFI contacts would be advantageous but not essential
- Social housing or experience within Housing management would be beneficial
